Projects stall, reset, or collapse when design ability and delivery capacity diverge. The failures that matter are rarely dramatic. They accumulate, and they look like reasonable decisions at the time they are made.

The Architect Registry was established by Tina Modrusan, an architect whose work has spanned design, development, and the selection of the architects responsible for delivering it.

Most people see residential architecture from one side of that decision. The patterns that matter tend to show themselves only across both.



The Architect Registry is independent. It is not an architecture practice. It is not a contractor. It does not operate on behalf of architects. The Registry has no incentive to favor one architect over another; a recommendation cannot be bought, and stands or falls on its own merits.
